Reggae, Rock, and Hip-Hop don’t seem like three genres that could easily be combined, but Spearit has pulled it off with surprisingly appealing results. Hailing from Ogden, this five piece has become a staple of
the music scene in recent years, promoting peace and love through music that can bring an audience to its feet almost immediately. The blend of fast-paced, hip-hop style lyrics and peace/protest hippy harmony gives Spearit a soul worth being in tune with.
The sound and feeling is captured incredibly well in their latest album, “Freedom”. Long-time Spearit fans will be glad to hear some of the old favorites on the album, including “Get Your Drink On” and “Goin‘ Round”. Always a great live act, Spearit has finally translated the vibe of their live shows into an album grooves.

SPEARIT recently had the opportunity to Tour with The Human Rights Organization helping spread awareness and working to add a 31st Article to the UDHR stating that everyone should have the right to a clean environment, clean air, and clean water. With the release of their second full-length album SPEARIT is going to tour solo and are looking to form relationships with other bands, music venues, bars, & most important, our friends & fans.
SPEARIT has shared the stage with Slightly Stoopid, Pepper, Derek Trucks, ALO, Del the Funky Homosapien, Lafa Taylor, The Mother Hips, Wisebird, Hot Buttered Rum, Tomorrows Bad Seeds, Dirty Heads & many other great acts. They play the world famous Harry O's in Park City, Ut & all of the great ski resorts in the area. “Writing and performing is a GREAT release! We want to share it with you, your friends & Fam!
