Bio

Spectral Vision a DC area band formed in 2006 as a a collaboration between guitarist Osman "Oz" Malik, and keyboardist Elliott Chamberlin. Their demo found its way to vocalist Nathan Ford who quickly joined the project and proved a perfect fit. Then, Long time friend, bassist Ben Ucar, joined and the vibe grew tighter. The project built steam, played shows, and began becoming a much talked about band until internal strife tore the group apart. The project was placed on hiatus indefinitely. Months pass before Osman begins jamming again with drummer Martin Stevenson in the summer of 2008. Word spread that Spectral Vision was reforming and performance requests began flooding in. With egos left behind and with a renewed sense of purpose, Spectral Vision reformed in Spring 2009 and marked their return to form with released its first EP titled "Dedication." Since then, the band has been playing constantly in Washingtion D.C., Baltimore, Virginia and all places in between and now headlines venues like the prestigious Ottobar and Velvet Lounge. Pressing onward towards an even fuller sound, guitarist Glenn Flaherty has entered the fold and together they are preparing for a new 2010 EP.
