West Wing Entertainment is on a mission to bring West Coast hip hop back to the forefront of the music industry. Our style incorporates well-known influences such as KRS-1 to more commercial styles such as Jay-Z. We are motivated artists that would revel in the opportunity to share our music.


Frank Rogers, a.k.a. Spex, is an emcee, songwriter and entrepreneur. He started his career in the late 1980s and has rhymed seriously since 1995. He has been interested in the music industry since the early 1980s. Spex plans on making his mark on the music industry by taking the art of emceeing and exposing it to other genres of music. His influences include KRS-1, De La Soul, Tribe Called Quest, Rakim, BB King, The Jackson 5, Sam Cook, Organized Kunfusion, X-Clan, Nas, Canibus, Nortorius BIG, Kool G. Rap, 2 Live Crew, Jay-Z, Redman, Outkast, Naughty by Nature, Ultramagnetic MC’s, EPMD, D.O.C., NWA, Askari X, Kool Moe Dee, Del the Funky Homosapien, Arrested Development, Curtis Blow, Kid Creol, Super Rhymes, Tupac, L.L. Cool J., MC Lyte and Brand New Heavies. Spex would like to collaborate with anyone who desires to do music on a major level no matter what the genre. Some of Spex stand out tracks include “The Movement,” “Street Legends,” “California,” “Mrs. Sassy,” “2-Minute Warning” and “We Like it.”
