Biography

Spiritual Plague is a growing musical attraction not only in the USA, but also world-wide with fans in 40+ countries. Their unique combination of epic music, engaging lyrics, choirs, and symphony arrangements have been breaking plenty of other demographic borders as well since they've arrived on the scene.

Their debut demo release in 2008 gained them recognition from record labels in both religious and secular markets including a talent scout invitation to showcase a performance for a record label in Nashville. While working on the finishing touches for their 2009 Fall EP release- The Exodus, a webzine based in Finland that has done interviews with bands such as Mew and The Devil Wears Prada contacted Spiritual Plague for an interview that will be published sometime next year. Not even a month after their 2009 EP release, they were being invited by a talent scout to record a single under the production of an A&R company. Their hard work is being recognized and appreciated in various places and they are truly grateful for that.

For now Spiritual Plague is working as a free agent in the music industry.

If you have the opportunity to see Spiritual Plague live…DO NOT miss out. Also please remember that friends don’t let friends go to amazing concerts alone.

Spiritual Plague was founded in 2005 by Drummer Garrett Olmstead and his cousin Lyndon Lewis (guitars). As a band, their goal is to entertain people who like different styles of music and to create music that is fun and distinct. All their lyrics are inspired by the one that created all life on earth and the Word He has given us. New material is currently being written for 2011.
