Bio
Spivital Bliss formed in the fall of 2001 in Kansas City.
The original members, singer and guitarist Micah Spivey
and Bassist Bo Flasschoen had finally found a drummer to
play with in B.J. Wycoff, and were ready to record their very
first Spivital Bliss songs. As it so happened the studio they
chose to record at was the same studio long time high school
friend and singer/guitarist Jake Eisfelder worked as second
engineer. This twist of fate placed the final pieces of the puzzle
together and the vision of Spivital Bliss was realized. Combining
traditional forms and styles with todays pop influences,
Spivital Bliss describes themselves as Folk Porn Music. It makes
you want to get high and naked!
