"South By Inner West Festival"

...And then there's the surprise you were looking for. Melbourne's Spoonful, with Rocket Science's Kit Warhurst on drums, are mining a fine retro lode of British blues/soul of the 60's. Throw in some Booker T or Georgie Fame organ, among the Cream overtones and a suitably epileptic version of The Stones' version of Buddy Holly's Not Fade Away, and this is the band to get bad-dancingly maggot to. - Drum Media
