Bio

Stainless Steel was formed in October of 2004 when Papa Mike and G. G. Gusto, friends since high school, brought in Donny Dee on the drums. Papa and GG, the chief songwriters of the band found the weapons of mass destruction in their songs library. Says G, Were giving rock and roll a much needed facelift. No one should have to pay for bad music and bad shows. People have taken the fun out of music. The days of a good rock album are rare and sometimes you need to go back to the formula that worked. Adds Papa, We have two songwriters in the band which gives us flexibility and an advantage. The end result becomes music that reflects fearless energy and an ability to go beyond our own supposed limits. Stainless Steels music has received positive feedback not only from our fans (over 18,000 on our sites) but also from newspaper articles as well. The band has filled their tour buses and rocked the areas in NYC in such popular clubs as CBGBs, Kennys Castaways, Don Hills, The Lions Den and also, in NJ, The Stone Pony, The Saint, and Chubbys. Not to list the many venues the band has played to in the Mid-West. It is evident by the available footage of their shows, that this is a no-nonsense band. The high energy shows demand the crowd by involving it all the way through. With song titles such as Uptight, Monster Boogie, Child of Pain, youre in for a night of testosterone! The girls are teased and pleased with bleeding heartfelt appealers such as Ponder and the acoustic How Can I love you/How Can I leave you. Currently the band is working on Fallen Heroes which, by the sounds of this one, is the most beautiful song, delicately written, that a band can write to honor a loved one. There are no limits and our soon to be released NEW album proves it! On stage, the live performances prove it! So, Hang on You Muthas! Were coming to a city near you!
