Stammerings

Stammerings plays concerts regularly around the Raleigh, NC area and has been gaining a tight-knit, but enthusiastic following within the local community. The band has received many accolades from listeners and music professionals alike, including praises for their fat, punchy stage sound, captivating stage presence, and overall professionalism.

Such enthusiasm even earned the band the opportunity to record their first record, Architect, with financial and practical help from friends of the band who had faith enough to produce a final, professional product that all parties are proud to be a part of.

Architect was released in Raleigh at the Pour House Music Hall on January 17th 2016, to eighty fans who showed up on a Sunday night and cheered voraciously for the entire hour-plus set.

Separately, the members of the band have toured throughout the eastern half of the country, as far north as New Hampshire, as far South as Atlanta, and as far West as Nashville and Grand Rapids, MI.

Stammerings’ music is being passed around the world through word of mouth and even appeared on 21st Century Prog Surrey Hills’  50 Best Albums of 2015 Countdown, reaching the #9 spot, beating such established names as Native Construct and Gavin Harrison.
