Brothers Ben and Aaron Cameron have been making music all their lives, both multi-instrumentalists with a deep love for great compositions, the brothers formed their first serious band in 2003. Never looking back, they have performed with many fine muscians on countless stages. Beginning as "The Gentlemen Of Leisure", the band replaced two of it's members in 2005-2006 and transformed into "Standby For The Bomb". With the addition of Graeme Martin, and Fraser Smith the "Bomb" team felt complete. Chemistry and fellowship came like wolves to a kill, and the song writing began. With influences derived from the 80's and 90's and into 2000, the band would look to a wide variety of great composers to inspire their own creative magic. Bands like XTC, Depeche Mode, Rage Against The Machine, and the Beatles would be among the plethora of hit-makers these men would aspire to be like. In the fall of 2007 the boys headed to the studio to capture their latest creations on tape and share them with the world. The reception has been incredible, landing them gigs with bands such as 54-40, Wide Mouth Mason, Trooper and the Perpetrators. The door has only begun to open and the band feels like it is just getting started. Pre-production for the their second CD is almost complete and the band hopes to have it's first music video out by spring 09. It has been one hell of a ride for this incredibly talented group who love nothing more than dropping their catchy, witty songs on a group of unsuspecting listeners.
