"She's Not a Lover "has been getting played on a number of stations such as 101.9 wrxp in nyc by Matt Pinfield, 89x in detroit, 10 5.5 whda in NJ .The band decided to put out a 4 song ep digitally.after a mounting request on there myspace page from new fans around country & overseas . Also selling out a hundred cds they pressed up themselves at a show opening up for Papa Roach helped to make up there minds. Static Summer is an alternative rock band from the New York City area. The band is made up of 5 friends with the common ambition to write The band just finished recording 4 songs with an eclectic selection of producers. Tracking drums & bass for 3 songs with Scrap 60 productions. Having Jay Gordon (ex Orgy Frontman) Produce the track "Chasing Yesterday" , Mitch Allan (ex SR-71 frontman & Acclaimed songwriter) produce "Simple Again" & the band self producing "She's Not a lover & "Tell Me".
