"It all started with a battle of the band competition in high school. " As a fan of such bands as the Cure, Sunny Day Real Estate, Daft Punk, and Radiohead, I blended beats and sounds from a synthesizer and had written songs while playing on an acoustic guitar."
Stellar Fusee based in the Bay Area, California, has its official launch in July 2012 by songwriter, Aris. It has been a vision for many years after being in several alternative, punk rock and indie-electronic bands throughout his music career. "Being in a punk rock band, briefly being signed under a San Francisco independent label, and touring the nation including SXSW, Texas and CMJ, NY, I've learned about the business and have grown a lot." Many independent artists come to realization that the music industry is not all glamorous and luxurious but filled with hard work and lots of planning.
Although, Stellar Fusee acts as a one-person project, its music identity, style and composition emerges as a fully layered and produced 2012 debut EP album "Outside." The album blends the energy of fusing guitars, waves of synthesizers, and beats originating from either a drum machine or a mobile device.
"It was a free and enjoyable experience in the studio experimenting and layering music which ideas were originally recorded from an Olympus Linear PCM recorder." Stellar Fusee's album "Outside" was recorded and mastered by engineer, Justin Lieberman ( Santana, Les Claypool, David Gray) at Studio Trilogy, San Francisco, CA (The Hives, Primus, Neon Trees) between 2011-2012. " We had so much fun recording, creating, and finally bringing the songs alive."
Stellar Fusee's Album "Outside" is an introductory EP, filled with catchy melodic vocals, tweaked with electronic synthesizers, fuzzy yet droning guitars and various digital drum beats. In addition, it not only was inspired by hope, love and heartache but also depicts the lives of people in his past, present and future.
Currently, Stellar Fusee is working to promote its EP onto several Social Networking outlets, online radio, and various colleges nationwide. The plan to complete a follow-up full length album is in the process and is currently partnering with placement agencies focusing on TV, Film, and Advertising.
