Lyrics

Do you sleep at night

Written By: Kelly H. Taylor

Oh, I'm watching what you are
You're something real different, from somewhere a far
You talk in riddles and rhymes that nobody knows
I'm watching you closely, I'm not gonna let you go

Do you sleep at night with the lights on
Do you keep one eye open while watching the door
What is it that's missing, are you too far from home?
Why are you convinced that you're living this life alone

Oh, watch it fall
Every green petal must some day hit the floor
But where are you running and where are you to go
The ground will keep turning under your feet, don't you know

Do you sleep at night with the lights on
Do you keep one eye open while watching the door
What is it that's missing, are you too far from home?
Why are you convinced that you're living this life alone

Oh there you are, and there's nowhere else
Just wait and see, what's left to believe
There you go, always running ...
But here you are

Do you sleep at night with the lights on
Do you keep one eye open while watching the door
What is it that's missing, are you too far from home?
Why are you convinced that you're living this life alone

Sweet Wasted Time

Written By: Kelly H. Taylor

I can't tell what's wrong or right
this could take me all night
to figure it out or cover up the bruises

Grey clouds crushing the rays of sun
they used to visit but now they're done
to sit in the shadows and contemplate tomorrow

Oh my, Oh my sweet wasted time
is all I ever see, and it's taking over me

Turning hands that get in the way
tongue tied backwards with nothing to say
But when the sun rises, we'll try again tomorrow

Back porch calling out my name
well i've got hours to spend today
and when the sun rises we'll try again tomorrow

Oh my, Oh my Sweet Wasted time
is all I ever see, and it's taking over me

Oh my......
Oh my life is trickling away to the hands moving around a clock
Oh my Sweet wasted time
never again to be mine

Keep it Simple

Written By: Kelly Taylor and Kyle Seitz

To watch a stranger from a window
such a simple tale to see.
I get stuck thinking about yesterday,
daydreaming again about you and me.

Met a big shot in the city,
spell bound by his mastery.
Take a look in to my window,
are you in love with what you see?

Keep it Simple
When you write those lines to me
I don't need an explanation
I just want for you to be

The grass always seems greener
on the other side of the road
but I've been living this way for so long
Oh this is all I know

Keep it Simple
When you write those lines to me
I don't need an explanation
I just want for you to be
