Bio

Sassy, energetic and clever describe Orillia singer/songwriter Steph Dunn. This 25-year old songstress has made it a personal mission to woo audiences with heart-wrenching, whimsical lyrics, coupled with can’t-stop-humming-it tunes.

Alternating between piano, guitar, harmonica – and even kazoo - her musical variety caters to audiences of all ages.

Steph has just recorded her first full-length album titled "Blackmail and Love Letters" featuring 12 songs, ten of them written by Dunn herself. Cutting across various musical lines, you could describe her album as folk, pop and country. There’s even a sprinkling of novelty in the mix.

Calgary musician, Paul Rumbolt, covered one of Steph’s tunes on his album, "Songsmith". Steph was also commissioned by the Orillia District Arts Council to write a song – appropriately titled "Sidewalks" - about downtown Orillia culture. Steph is also a visual artist and painted the album artwork for her debut album "Blackmail and Love Letters."

Steph has shared the stage with Hawksley Workman, Serena Ryder, Dave Gunning and David Ross Macdonald. Be sure to check out Steph's music- you'll be glad you did!
