Got A Woody?
FANTASTIC acoustic recording - the acoustic hits you right smack in the face like Neil Young always did.
Destiny (Long Pool)
Steel guitar is nicely played here. I like the melody. My favorite part is the lyrics, especially, "like a switch on the wall -- turn your love on and off!"
Wishing Well
you could play this anywhere
on a hill, on a street corner, on a stage. some of the weird stuff i hear here patched together out of all kinds of weird patches, but this one sounds like a real song played by a real person, even with a flub at 1:30, i'd much rather hear you busk this while waiting for the subway than half the goofy overdub fantasies some people come up with. good work, keep at it, and even more people will join in. it sounds good toward the end with the additional components.

Bio
Artist: Stephen Lyrical
Music style: Americana, roots, and folk.
Stephenlyrical is a singer, songwriter, performer, and recording artist. Stephen resides in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Drawing on influences such as Hank Williams, Neil Young and John Prine, and old standards in the Americana, roots tradition similar to “Man of Constant Sorrow," Stephenlyrical performs both acoustically and with full band. Recordings for stephenlyrical (solo) are often acoustic with musical elements from a variety of influences, and are often very raw to capture the immediacy of a live performance. Stephenlyrical is fully Americana in scope. His songs feel and sound like they were born in the foothills of Appalachia.
Sparse and cutting, emotionally Appalachian, Stephen digs deep to bring across songs from the soul. Either with a full band or by himself, his songs speak for themselves. Tales of self-doubt, lost loves, and looking for peace surely resonate in all our hearts...and lives. Filled with Isolation and loneliness. Compelling, and unconventionally beautiful Stephen strives to pierce your heart with snap shots of lyrical moments found in all our lives.
