I'm a portuguese producer and Dj , and i mix traditional portuguese Fado music with contemporary electronic and hip hop. also as a party Dj I always reach for other styles of World and Dance music to inclue in my live performances.
Fado is the "soul" of Portuguese music, so its was natural for me to approach those samples of emotional singers and portuguese guitars and fusing it with electronica and hip hop vibes, bridging the gap between traditional and futuristic music.
I'm a seasoned turntablist, two times scratch world champion (beatbombers IDA world champions 2011 and 2016) so my live performances are very active on the turntables and the MPC sampler , those skills allow me to remix and recreate live music, just like a musician that plays an instrument.
