STEREO VIRGINS took to the stage first and made you wonder just why they are so low on the bill. Their sound has now veered from faintly generic SonicYouth-esque scratches towards a deeper, darker sound that brings to mind Kyuss or faster Black Sabbath. Scientists are yet to state whether music that makes you want to fight is good or bad for a person's disposition, but right here and now.... it felt good maaaan. Top marks for a band with alot more to come. - Bido Lito

Stereo Virgins are part of a new generation of bands that are breathing new life into the Liverpool rock scene. Their sound firmly based within the heart of grunge, they deliver a unique brand of catchy melodies and fuzz-laden riffs.
Promotion of the band has solely relied on the band themselves, pursuing a campaign of their own shows and more recently, securing slots supporting artists such as Dave MacPherson (INME), Die So Fluid, LaFaro, Humanfly and Japanese Voyeurs.
