Bio
Steve Coleman is a New Jersey native who brings ten years of performance experience out each time he and his Martin guitar take stage. In addition to being a solo performer Steve has been front man for acoustic roots group Gabriel’s hold since their inception. (www.gabrielshold.com) Steve’s weaving of folk and rock into his gutsy delivery leaves the audience with an energized show every time and his smile is so contagious, it leaves you with no doubt; he’s having a great time.
Earlier this year, Steve decided it was time to begin work on recordings for a solo album. At the same time he also applied to the Falcon Ridge Folk Festival. Based on the pre-production recordings, Steve was selected to perform as an emerging artist showcase act. Soon after the prestigious festival, Steve completed his debut solo album “not making much sense” and he’s been receiving airplay in numerous states as well as international play.
