Steve Crane has never felt the desire to conform his playing around any one style. On the contrary, this knowledge hungry musician has always listened and performed with open ears and an open heart. Steve's diversified nature is prominent as you look back upon his past musical projects which include but are not limited to Blues, Rock, Country and Jazz bands, as well as his church band every Sunday.

One thing that sets Steve apart from other musicians is his unrelenting passion, drive and discipline for music. It is this passion that earned him the coveted Louis Armstrong Award, his High School's highest Jazz honor. It is his drive that pushed Steve to earn Deans List Status for every consecutive semester he attended Berklee College of Music. And it is his discipline that keeps him on the top of his game.

Steve's love for music has lead him to the prestigious Berklee College of Music where he is currently completing a five year, dual major program consisting of Performance and Music Business. Steve also continues to Study with the worlds top musicians at Berklee. Furthermore, Steve has privately studied with the world’s top guitarists including Mick Goodrick, Tim Miller, Larry Baione, Mark White, Joe Rogers and Julian Kasper among others. Beyond his technical and theoretical prowess, lies Steve's love and desire for teaching. It is this love that continues to drive his students and himself to his or her fullest potential and beyond.
