I've just turned 60, so I'm something of a late starter, but what the hell ... my band is average aged 20 years younger but vigour ain't an issue! I've been writing and playing all my life, but only started doing it seriously, playing out, a few years back; solo to start with, but now with the band as well. All the material is new and original, and I'd hope stands up to scrutiny ..."folk noir", but with a soul and blues edge when the band gets hold of it.
