she moves with attitude
he listens with his eyes
and when she's talking
he don't have much to say
he's totally unpredictable
she moves with grace and style
he puts on quite a face
and when she's talking
he don't have much to say
he's totally unpredictable

song for jane

Written By: steve glotzer

she's got need for pretention
she keeps everything cool
she's always the one with the best of intentions, she's nobody's fool
she's got a smile in her eyes
makes my heart beat in 3/4 time
she's got a skip in her step when she tries to keep up
she's blowin' my mind
she sings harmony
she keeps my picture in her wallet
with some old poems that i once wrote
and it's hard to believe after all of these years
she still laughs at my old jokes
takes the dark out of the night
makes my heart beat in 3/4 time
when we're lying in bed no words need be said
she's reading my mind
she sings harmony
she brings harmony

walk away

Written By: steve glotzer

it takes a lot of nerve just to walk away
that's what the people say
it takes a lot of nerve
just to walk away
mistreated, that's what she used to say
but don't believe it
it doesn't matter anyway
we used to say i love you
now we walk away
it's our music
that's why we used to play
something confused it
it doesn't matter anyway
used to call me brother
time for rearranging
nothing stays the same
we're reduced to being strangers
playing a stupid game
