She’s American, he’s French. She’s the descendant of the Duke of Sully; he is the great grandson of a fisherman. She should have lived like a wealthy heiress. “Country Party” an optimistic album in the spirit of today’s country

Heather, a heiress who renounces opulence to conquer her dreams !

Born in a noble family of globe-trotters, Heather lived her youth between the heavenly scenery of the Bahamas or Tahiti and the dynamism of megalopolis such as New York or Sydney.
Her incessant moves confront her to the fact that she has to learn to adapt to new cultures, and the impossibility of maintaining long term connections.
So she develops a certain degree of autonomy and a sense of resourcefulness. The loneliness she knows encouraged her to turn to Arts, she first began a career as a professional dancer. It thus interpreted many roles in musicals such as West Side Story.

In the 1980s, a serious illness requires she permanently waives dance. She remains bedridden for 1 year, and all her dreams collapse. But Heather leaves no shoot, and she uses this time to learn how to sing. Her love for life and her incredible determination to overcome obstacles allow her to recover the ability to walk. This victory on disability then gives her the desire to overcome everything : Now she will bring the country music « joie de vivre » to the public. In this music of Earth and men, that tells simple stories about simple people, she went back to her origins and found a way to express the extent of her cultural wealth. For her " country music is music from the people for the people, that comes from the heart, it’s the mix of different racial and ethnic cultures."

On May 10, 1986, fate knocks on his door : Steve, the marginal-looking “frenchy” takes her heart away. In just 3 days, she acquires the certainty that he is the ideal partner to accomplish her dreams. She immediately drops the idyllic life and privileges that her parents offered her to jump, without hesitation, into the adventure. And what an adventure ! It’s been lasting for nearly 25 years !
