Hailing from Detroit, Steve Leroy has built a foundation of innovative dance music over the past 12 years. Like many from the Motor City, Leroy’s roots developed in an environment that cultivated underground events focused on forward thinking dance music.
In addition to co-founding Profound Sound Productions, he has held numerous residencies including the legendary Foran’s located in the heart of Detroit as well as internet radio platforms such as Techno.FM and New Detroit Radio.
His knowledge of Techno and House goes deep, as do his production skills, with tracks currently released on Slur, Energie Records, *Cutz, Night Mode Malta, as well as his own label Deep Cover, coupled with a performance roster that spans across the Mid West.
Steve is set to move forward with his label Deep Cover. In combining soulful grooves with minimal arrangements moving beyond precision, Steve Leroy continues master the art of creating meaningful dance experiences for party-goers seeking that special electric connect.
