Stevie Culture, one time lead singer and drummer of the famous Jamaican Reggae Band “S.A.N.E. (Sounds Against Negative Expression)” breaks out with a new hit single “Top Class”. “Top Class” is just one of the many instant dancehall classics that will come from Stevie Culture’s upcoming album, “Blessen”. Stevie is in the studio working on the album and it is scheduled to be release June 2006 on KSR, King Step Recordings based in California.
“Top Class” was just released and is already playing on XradioDC.com, BigUpRadio.com, California radio station KFJC and Jamaican radio station VYBZ FM. It hasn’t even started promoting it yet and people are talking about it. Stevie is a well-known and respected musician in the Jamaican community. People are saying, “It’s about time!” The anticipation of the soon to be released album is growing daily.

Stevie Culture is planning on touring California during the 2006 summer. The tour is to be called “The Top Class Tour 2006”, and will include several festivals across the West.

International Reggae artist Stevie Culture has been a singer and entertainer since his early teens. Stevie was born Stephen Jones on September 2, 1973 in Kingston Jamaica. He began playing the drums at age 12 and quickly became popular because of his musical talent and positive attitude. By age 16, Stevie became well known and would sing with leading sound systems and play and sing with bands all across the island of Jamaica.
Stevie’s strong spirituality and belief in those people willing to make a difference is evident in his debut album “Top Class”. He speaks of keeping life full of joy and helping the world’s youth to put down guns, drop drugs and violence, and channel their energies in more life-giving directions. The album is layered with positive and uplifting messages and is widely considered an instant classic.
Stevie not only produces the most exciting groundbreaking music and Riddims heard anywhere, he was the lead singer for the world renowned "S.A.N.E." band for several years. Stevie was also Capleton’s hype man and lead singer for the Prophecy Band. He is well known for wowing audiences with his electrifying performance. From clubs to stadiums he continues to win thousands of new fans every year, infusing positive energy into people like no other artist.
