The band Sticks ‘n Stones has been around the Ontario region for over 14 years in the Ottawa, Kingston and Toronto areas and are mainstays in several venues around the Capital. This is a band that involves easy going folk with no attitudes, and yet deliver a professional product always.
They consist of 5 males and 2 females, hence their range of tunes caters to any crowd at hand including the classic rock,blues and new country show stoppers.
A few highlights:
They’ve opened twice for Canadian hall of famer, Tom Cochrane, Nazareth, Trooper, the Stampeders and Chilliwack. They’ve done numerous TV and radio appearances and are the 'house band' at several venues, including corporate functions such as conventions and charity events.
For the past three years, they have been the 'house' performers at the Scotiabank Place, home of the Ottawa Senators hockey Club as well as the Lone Star Ranch Country Venue.
The band has also performed three times over in Ireland as well as England and Germany.
The band is extremely well received where ever they go as they have quite the extensive variety of tunes while emphasizing a high energy atmosphere.
They are very professional in their delivery and appearance, at the same time are able to blend into several different niche venues, be it a pub or a large arena show.
