BandHip HopReggae

An eclectic fusion of Roots Reggae, Dub and Hip Hop. Feel-good, danceable music, laced with conscientious and uplifting lyrics.

A founding member of hip hop groups, 4 Tha Recordz and Kritical, Graeme (Still G) Johns is currently producing his debut solo album, Babylon, scheduled for release this winter. Still G has gone back to his roots in Reggae for the Babylon project, bringing a signature fusion of Roots, Dub and Hip Hop. The digital-only Babylon EP is now available on

Graeme (Still G) Johns has been performing on stage since the age of seven. He made his musical debut playing percussion with the Reggae band, Sundance, at a crowded Seattle venue. By the fourth grade, Graeme was producing original music with the help of a drum machine, keyboards and a four track recorder. Still G & his brother, Mystery One, later formed the Hip Hop group 4 THA RECORDZ . Their debut album entitled 'The Purification' out-sold all Hip Hop albums in the Northwest region. In addition to local publicity, this self produced album gained major label attention and radio play on KUBE and KEXP. By 2003, with one member no longer in the group, the band re-named itself KRITICAL and recorded the 18 track album 'Material World'. KRITICAL is currently on hiatus while members pursue solo careers.

Still G prides himself in having a message behind the music; his lyrics tell an unrestrained truth about today’s society, yet leave the listener with a positive and peaceful vibe. In Still G’s own words, "This music is dedicated to the struggle. Anyone that has been done wrong by the system will understand exactly where I'm comin' from".
