Still Trill Christians

(AllHipHop News) Popular Christian hip-hop group Still Trill Christians have dropped their debut music video for the song “No Sex.”

Still Trill Christians, based out of Houston, Texas, has already performed the same mall on BGT’s hit countdown show 106 & Park, ask the spotlight artists.

“The video shoot was kind of rough at the beginning,” JT said. “Although this is not our only hit, it’s definitely a good song to come out the gates with.”

The group, which consist of JT, ACE, Prince AJ and Erupt, formed at their church In Christ Ministries in Humble,Texas.

President Obama recently awarded the Christian Hip-Hop artists with the “Call to Service” award and medal for their work promoting positive messages to youth around the country.

“This is not our only hit, [but] it’s definitely a good song to come out the gates with,” Still Trill Christians member Erupt added. “It inspires and sends a message that is much needed in today’s society. And oh yea you can’t forget, the song is hot.”

Still Trill Christians are currently booking a tour for the summer that will hit cities like Atlanta, Miami, Dallas, New York, Nashville, Houston.

STC is also working on a full album titled KINGS.

This past Wednesday, January 6th, S.T.C. (Still Trill Christians) landed on BET's 106 & Park "Wild Out Wednesday" and repped God to the fullest with a message that completely goes against what about 99% (okay 100%) of the music their show speaks of... SEX! Instead S.T.C. went on their and performed their hit single "No Sex." Wow! (Listen to it here)

Don't be fooled into thinking that because Still Trill Christians make gospel music, they don't go hard. All four members are ministers. Their greatest objective is to spread the word of God.

But between pushing praises to the prince of peace, quoting scriptures and promoting abstinence before marriage, STC got you bobbing your head, clapping your hands and on your feet.

Made up of JT (Joshua Dillard, 23), ACE (Antawan Moore, 24), Prince AJ (Albert McQueen, 20) and Erupt (Elwyn Dillard, 24), the group has gone from performing their infectious lead single “No Sex” in churches around their home base of Houston to appearing as musical guests on BET's 106 & Park.

In the midst of awaiting the release of their independent debut album Trill As It Gets in the Spring, they are gearing up for a “No Tour” across the South. The first stop is New Orleans, where the performance will be filmed for “Dr. Bobby Jones Gospel Show” on the Word Network.

Indeed this talented team has come a long way from the sleepy town of Humble, Texas where they first formed only four years ago. In a virtually short period time, STC has covered a lot of ground and got a lot more to go. But nothing will stop them from saving souls. They got an edge on the competition.

Made up by the Houston based Hip Hop group Still Trill Christians, the song has become an Internet sensation after their performance on BET's "106 & Park" show. The song inspires teens to have fun and live their lives to the fullest without the pressures of sex.

The group members were recently honored by President Obama's "Call to Service" award and medal for their continued support of the country's youth. Made up of JT (Joshua Dillard, 23), ACE (Antawan Moore, 24), Prince AJ (Albert McQueen, 20) and Erupt (Elwyn Dillard, 24), they are all ministers and formed the group at their church home In Christ Ministries in Humble,Texas. Since turning their lives over to God and making music free of profanity, they have been tearing up shows and keeping audiences on their feet, from the pulpit to the streets in the projects. They currently travel all across the US bringing their brand of faith and Hip Hop music.

The group recently signed with positive music promoter Rick Hendrix of the Rick Hendrix Company, a company that currently works Jennifer Hudson, Whitney Houston, U2 and Aretha Franklin. "I am so excited about these guys, they bring a new vibe to Hip Hop, the church, street, back porch and front porch," stated Rick Hendrix.

Still Trill is quickly gaining on the iTunes and Amazon music charts and currently turning music directors heads in large market radio. "The church is in us but we're taking it beyond the church," explains JT. "Jesus wasn't in the church; He was in the streets spreading the ministry. And that's what we intend to."
