Stone Kings are a Hard Rock/Stoner Metal outfit from Kent. Pulling influences from the likes of ‘Alice In Chains’, ‘Monster Magnet’, ‘Down’, ‘Soundgarden’ and so many more, Stone Kings have a great respect for the music they play and can rock with the best of them.
Stone Kings released their new EP ‘Reset’ earlier this year which was closely followed by a successful UK tour. Currently the bands are writing new material and are readying themselves for the onslaught of gigs and festivals in the New Year.
The five piece first got together in late 2010, formed out of a few failed bands and the love of just wanting to get on and play. Stone Kings have gone from strength to strength.
Having played a few festivals such as ‘The Bulldog Bash’ and ‘TWF’, and headlining shows at the likes of the ‘Tunbridge Wells Forum’, ‘Nambucca’ and ‘The Gathering’. Stone Kings have shared the stage with the likes of ‘Status Quo’, ‘The Damned’, ‘Zico Chain’ and ‘Godsized’. With great stage presence the band always give a great live show.
