"Hail to a girl called Storm"

Residents take note, there's a storm brewing on the Gold Coast.
Don't go and board up your windows, though, as this storm is assured to astound and delight.
Young singer/songwriter Andrea 'Storm' Kaden, is a little lady with an incredibly enormous talent; when she belts out a tun, people stop and take notice, and rightly so.
Born in South Africa and now based here on the gold coast, Storm is determined to carve out a career in the entertainment industry.
Later this month she will travel to Los Angeles to attend the LA Music Awards, where she will not only present an award, but also receive a prestigious Producer's choice Award for her song Sticken me up.
all this being a far cry from writing songs in her bedroom a few short years ago.
"Ever since i was little i have been writing music," she said.
"I wrote my very first song when i was nine or ten, which is sticken me up, the one i was nominated for the LA Music Awards.
"My Idol is Hayley Williams, the lead singer from Paramore, She influenced me to start singing. She has an amazing voice. I also like Hillary Duff- she's another one of my idols."
Not just content to be simply a singer/songwriter, Storm has busied herself learning a number of instruments over the past few years, too, inclusing the drums which she has played for the past four years.
Whith a hand full of songs already in production, including Sticken me up, Take her to the dance and Danger zone, it's seemingly only a matter of time before the airwaves are conquered by this gifted young artist.

"US Music Guru takes on Storm"

US MUSIC GURU TAKEN BY STORM

Last November, TXT4U brought you the story of “Storm” Kaden a talented school-girl-turned-songstress who was turning heads within the wider music industry.
Only 12 years of age, she was invited to attend the LA music awards to accept the coveted Producer Choice awards for her song Sticken Me Up .
Now, fresh from her states-side sojourn, storm has returned to the studio, ready to put the finishing touches on her eagerly awaited debut album.
In a major coup, the gifted starlet has been able to secure the services of world-renowned music producer, David Kershenbaum, who flies into the gold coast early next week.
Largely regarded as one of the music industry’s best, Kershenbaum has an impressive list of credits, including 75 gold and platinum albums.
He has worked with artists such as Janet Jackson, Brian Adams, and Tracy Chapmen, and has produced music for a large slate of Hollywood blockbusters.
Understandably, storm was thrilled to be working with such respected industry professional.
“I’m so excited. I met David at the awards night, he had heard some of my music and said he wanted to produce me,” she said.
“we’re in pre-production at the moment, so I’m just working on songs and melodies. We’ll be in the studio recording in a couple of weeks. At this stage we’re hoping to have the CD ready by March.”
The album will feature 10 original songs, and storm is hopeful that the album will be spring-board to the next stage of her career.

"STORM POISED FOR WHIRLWIND SUCCESS"

STORM POISED FOR WHIRLWIND SUCCESS
By Bride Jabour

Storm Kaden is riding a wave of success after picking up the Best Pop Singer award a the Los Angeles Music Awards last year.
The 12 year old was then asked to present the legendary music producer David Kershenbaum with his Hollywood star in the walk of fame and the chance encounter led to her first album.
“it’s been a lot of hard work, I’ve been writing songs and singing since I was eight so it’s been pretty cool,” said Storm.
“I don’t like to think of myself as the next Miley Cyrus, I’m hoping to be the next me. I’ve been recording every day for three weeks, so when it winds up I’ hoping to hang out with all my friends and just chillax.”
The Emmanuel college student has collaborated with industry heavy weights on her album recording songs written by the same people who have worked on Brittany Spears and Hilary Duff songs.
Kershenbaum will take the album to Los Angeles to mix and they are hoping to have it out as early as April.
Kershenbaum said he would set up meetings for her with Disney in LA
