"Review of Travel Songs"

"They know how to flow pop punk and hardcore together in an effortless sound that so many bands try to obtain (...) I wonder to myself “is there anything this band CAN’T do?” - Fuck Yeah Pop-Punk

"Review of Travel Songs"

“Storm The Bay is a template of the perfect balance between Pop Punk and Hardcore. (...) The release sets an example for how to incorporate two sub-genres of Alternative music to form one smooth, flowing collection of songs.”

“They have the sense of melody and diversity in songwriting down pat, mastering the art of having the vocals flow with the rest of the band and creating a smooth finish. Storm The Bay is a band to watch out for, and show it particularly in Travel Songs.” - xEasyCorex

Bio

Formed in 2008 in the city of Rochester, NY, Storm The Bay came together as a way to express themselves musically. Using backgrounds from a plethora of genres, they are fueled musically by the constant changes that happen in life. They are driven by passion, love and respect for musicianship. Their music grows much as they do, from every up and down in life, utilizing every experience, good and bad, to tell their story.

Storm The Bay have burst out of the Rochester music scene with a fiery tenacity. They are driven by the desire to share their music with, play with, and connect with, as many people as possible. They have completed several East Coast tours since 2011, in April of 2012 completed a full United States tour over 28 days with national act A Step Ahead, and have made many North East runs. They have played many shows with established national acts such as The Early November, The Wonder Years, Man Overboard, Fireworks, Such Gold, Major League and Living with Lions.

As well as hitting the road as often as possible, they have released three EPs over the last three years, and have begun the process of writing a full-length. Storm The Bay is a band that has big ambitions, and works tremendously hard to ensure that they can achieve their goals. They have no intention of slowing down now.
