Upcoming reggae band based out of Los Angeles, Strange Brew, is comprised of a self-produced & recorded trio bringing together an eclectic blend of reggae and hip-hop, topped off with smooth vocal melodies. Dubbed out synth tones mixed with hard hitting bass create a truly unique and vibrant sound. The band, first formed in Summer of ‘16, came together after touring with other groups to form this melodic vibe. Busking on the Venice beach boardwalk isn't the first place that comes to mind when bands think of a place to practice... But it was where Strange Brew perfected their performance and started to come to fruition.
Hailing out of Los Angeles, Strange Brew is comprised of a self producing & recording trio bringing together an eclectic blend of reggae and hip-hop.
Front man Ethan Nickles begs a high energy performance with a powerful voice of tone and character, accompanied with rap verses by Seth Harcrow on bass. The band came together after touring with other groups to form this harmonious vibe.
With the release of their 5th single 'Like A Thief', they are determined to become a who's who in the reggae SoCal culture.
