Strange Day was awarded an Honorable Mention in the 14th Annual Billboard World Song Contest for the song "Face the Change." This constitutes a top 1,500 place for this worldwide competition, which fielded many thousands of entries. - Billboard Magazine
It’s not every day you run across a hard rock/metal band that sings this well together, and with a minimum of studio help. Singer Fulgencio and his brethren have obviously put the time in and it shows. An Alice in Chains influence is also evident, but the band does not slavishly imitate any of its influences. “Face The Change,” “Flawed,” and “Coming Of The Sun” are promising outings that suggest this soulful Brooklyn-based triad are ready to get busy with a skilled producer. - Music Connection Magazine

STRANGE DAY
This NYC-based power trio plays Modern Classic Rock with influences including Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, Tool and Living Colour.
The sound is powerful and dark with original rhythmic ideas and creative arrangements. A regular on the New York rock club scene, Strange Day continues to increase its local following.
The band has strong roots in the Midwest, particularly Chicago, Milwaukee and Ohio, and has established an international following through its websites. Strange Day has begun taking their powerful live show on the road, already hitting in Chicago and Milwaukee with L.A., Seattle and other markets on deck.
