I loved their style and sounds from the moment I first had a listen. This Fort Walton Beach, FL group would be right at home with any of the top west coast main stream Hip Hop and R&B artist’s. I am looking forward to hearing more and anticipating the release of any new content these guys come out with! - Indie Artist Magazine

"No Worries - Album Review"

No Worries is a praisable album. ObliQ & Price certainly have their own styles in more ways than one. They are pretty nice and their pen game as well. The content is alluring and the production is pretty valuable too. Bio

Hip Hop twosome bonded through the shared longing to create a style of music that would inspire people to live life in a way that is true to who they are as individuals. The pair prides themselves on leading by example. Also, they work to ensure that their music is reflective of that philosophy which they have summed up with the simple phrase: "Do what you want to do.” Their target audience is the everyday person, especially those with dreams. They ultimately want their fans to feel like their tunes serve as soundtracks to their life.

On their journey to spread their free-spirited message, Strange Tang has accomplished quite a bit. They have three full length projects under their belt: Hell Yeah - Volume 1, No Worries, and StrangeLand. They have sold out the legendary Two-Keys Tavern in Lexington (KY), performed in other top of the line venues such as the Hard Rock Café, received air play in Europe, and the list goes on. Their time together has not been all roses though. The duo was originally a trio but they suffered the heartbreaking loss of their third member Zeus Flower in 2011, via a fatal home invasion that transpired. They keep him with them in spirit though, as well as collect non-perishable food items to donate in his honor. This also aides in their efforts to use their platform to bring about a positive change in the world.

Influenced by some of the music industry’s most elite names like: Tupac, Bone Thugs– N-Harmony, and Earth, Wind & Fire; Strange Tang hopes to ultimately be refreshing innovative forces to the world of music just as their predecessors were. This will also provide a much needed alternative to the repetitive mediocre drivel that currently exists in the realm of entertainment today. With their continuously growing fan base, one of a kind style, undeniable energy, and magnetic way with words; Strange Tang is well on their way to carving out their own niche in Hip-Hop history.
