Street Corner Skandal

Street Corner Skandal is a 6 piece ska band from Toronto. Formed in 2007 and playing shows shortly after. After a few additions and dismissals we have the current line-up that you hear today.

Influenced by life in the west-end itself and personal experiences, the band's songwriting is key to their success. Tackling gangs, love, violence and society with a blend of well written harmonies makes this band stick out from the rest.

A concious effort is placed in keeping the ska sound in it's purest form while adding reggae influences.

2010 looks to be a big year for Street Corner Skandal with the independent release "Set it off" and hopeful tour to follow, keep watching this space for updates!
