From funk lords like Bootsy Collins to hard-nosed sports figures like Pete Rose, Cincinnati has birthed some of the most remembered names in American
Culture. Do not be surprised when you see Cincinnati-bred MC, STREET LOTTO add his name to the city's impressive lineage. Reared in the city's Avondale (A-1) section, Street Lotto grew up surrounded by Hip Hop and self-expression both directly and indirectly. Without a successful local rap musician to look up to, Street Lotto was instantly inspired by nationally recognized artists like Ice Cube, KRS ONE, Slick Rick, Tribe Called Quest and Redman. In hindsight, Lotto now cites his father as a major influence after collecting his things and finding books of old poetry composed by his late father.

"I had no idea that he wrote poetry and was good at it," admits Street Lotto. "That must be why rapping comes so natural to me."

Recognizing that there was little to no musical opportunities in Cincinnati,Lotto relocated to Atlanta, and even spent a brief period in Los Angeles,
networking, grinding and making connections that would to lead to working with the rap world's elite. As a result of his experiences in the
Cincinnati, Atlanta and Los Angeles, Street Lotto has developed a style that reminds you of both the struggles and victories in life.

2009 marks a new year for Street Lotto. Currently, Lotto is setting the clubs on fire with the new club banger "That's A Money Maker" featuring Skinny Deville of Nappy Roots, off his debut album "Game and Fortune 2". In addition, Lotto is featured on the latest mix tape by Atlanta's Dj Drama and Dj Bobby Black. "Game and Fortune 2" features the blazing singles "She's A Winner" and "Why Wouldn't I" features DTP's R&B vocalist Jarvis, the West Coast hit "Dogg Headz," featuring Dogg Pound's member Daz Dillinger and the new single "U Know Me". "U Know Me" was produced by Block Entertainment's (Young Joc, Gorilla Zoe) producer Dj Dana. Lotto is preparing for his worldwide release of "Game and Fortune 2." The album is receiving early reviews from fans and critics alike. The album has been set for release in summer 2009. Asked what he wants his cd to show people and Street Lotto replies, "I hope this is a cd that people can really get into, and listen to for a long time. There’s a lot that everyone can relate to and party to but there’s also a lot of me in this cd."
