Jay M.u.r.d.a.

After meeting Majesty back in 2006, Jay M.u.r.d.a. was reunited with Hawaii's multi-talented female superstar and the group known today as S.L.M. (Streets Love Me) was formed in 2009. This talented music group consists of Jay M.u.r.d.a., Majesty, 2stax, and Neenah. This combination of artists who make up S.L.M. give rap and r&b music the essentials it's has been missing. They bring entertainment, realism, and the diginity that was lost due to the lack of skills, over the years, in the industry back. S.L.M. are what the music world has been waiting for.

Jay M.u.r.d.a. (25) formerly of Midwest Mademen and still apart, is the heart and soul of the group. Born in Columbus, GA, and a member of the Eastside Piru Bloods. Jay M.u.r.d.a. grew up a military brat and moved a lot as a child, but East St. Louis is where he would call home. For a majority of his life he grew up in Waynesville, MO, where he would later meet 2stax. Who knew they would become more than childhood friends and form a brotherly bond that would never be broken. They Grew up living the fast life, having run-ins with the law. Both found themselves committing B&E's, armed robberies, and drug dealing; which would catch up with them in the end. After freestyling his way in the door, Jay hooked up with Da Duke of Duke em' Down Records, during a long tour in Iraq. Jay dropped his first album while living in Las Vegas back in 2004, The Red Book. From that day on he has kept the dream alive, blessed the world with the art of storytelling, and put the passion that is needed back into the music industry.

2stax (26) who is also formerly of Midwest Mademen and still very much apart, is the balls and word of the group. After a year and a half was spent serving out a prison sentence for armed robbery in 2005, 2stax hooked back up with Jay M.u.r.d.a. and started recording music on a serious level. But the dream would be short-lived due to more trouble with the law. 2stax was indicted in 2007 on drug charges. S.L.M. and the world impatiently waits for his return, to take the rap game by storm once more.

With the ability to sing between tenor and soprano these two young ladies add a flavor to S.L.M. that is unmatched by any other music combo. Jay M.u.r.d.a. has been a problem for the music industry for years, but now with the help of his new female counterpoints and the talent pool overflowing; record labels and artists better grab their life perservers.

Majesty (21) is the perfect picture of the beauty behind the music captured in its purest form. With the ability to sing, write, and rap; she is not only the first lady, but also the inspiration of the group. "She is blessed with amazing talent and given the opportunity Majesty will stand alone in a class of her own," says Jay M.u.r.d.a. The world of music will never be the same again now that they know her name.

Neenah (16) was born with natural talent and is the perfect piece to the verse. Blessed with an amazing vocal range, this young songbird is ready to spread her wings. She is the sweet serenity and balance for the group. Neenah is a growing artist who will one day be heard amongst the names of legends such as: Minnie Ripperton, Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Patti Labelle, Mary J. Blige, Alicia Keys, and many more.
