Except for all demo recordings Streets of Mars have done in the past years the band have also done two promo EP;s in 2005 and 2007. But now all focus is lying on the debut album coming out in January/February 2010. Album pre-listening will be shortly available on www.sompromo.com!

The band Streets of Mars was formed ten years ago, or that is how long in the past you can track the name because much has changed since then. The bands vocalist Zizmond and bass player Saki are the only members that were around ten years ago and not only have several members changed through those years but with the new people come new inspiration and that’s why 2009 was yet a new beginning for this band. With Calle on guitar and Mats on drums the real recipe was finally made!
Streets of Mars is bringing you a catchy cocktail of rock, pop & punk served with a lot of energy and attitude. You can probably find references in the bands music but Streets of Mars have indeed established a unique sound. And according to one of many positive press reviews you can simply say that “Streets of Mars have found their own sound and coolness faraway from reasonable borders and the breakthrough must be close for this band”.
This rookie but still experienced band have build and are still building their reputation through hard work and never loosing confidence and motivation to reach success. They have already done remarkable amount of gigs, got airtime on national TV, performed and appeared on major radio stations and got praise from various media channels but there is plenty more approaching in the near future. With their soon to come debut album out on the field they will try to take down even the most cynical pessimist.
