The Stretch Williams Band has been playing around the South for more than 20 years and has built a very solid following among fellow musicians and fans alike. Stretch's mastery of the bottle slide is second to none. They have played and/or recorded with greats like Tommy Shannon (Double Trouble, SRV), D.J. Fontana (Elvis), Bo Diddley, Keith Furgeson (T-birds), Delbert McClinton, Omar and the Howlers, Lou Ann Barton, Augie Meyers (Doug Sahm), and many more. When not on their feet dancing to SWB's high energy blues, the crowd can sit back and take in the smooth and seasoned talent of real blues masters. The band covers artists like: SRV, ZZ Top, BB King, The Allman Brothers Band, Jimi Hendrix, Elmore James, Muddy Waters, Hound Dog Taylor, Eric Clapton, and many more.
