STUNNA BOYZ

“Stunna Boyz” consists of two talented rappers that go by the names of Ruth and Kid. The rappers are brothers who were born in the boroughs of San Francisco, CA. and found music as a way to express themselves at very early ages. They were introduced to music early in life, and before the age of 5, they were singing and dancing around the house, listening to influential artists such as “Another Bad Creation”, LL Cool J”, “Michael Jackson “and many more. As years past by, the passion for music grew stronger and it was almost like them and music were inseparable. In and out of groups during their early developmental stages of music, they suddenly found out that their goals, dreams, and drive were on higher levels than the other artists in their former groups. So, in 2007, the two started their own path to the top, alone, but with a new fresh name, a name that set them apart from the groups and artists in their area. They became known as “Stunna Boyz.”

They chose to call themselves “Stunna Boyz” because anywhere they went, they were known for wearing their “stunna shades” AKA big sunglasses. Whether it was at night, to a club, or a rainy day where sunglasses are unexpected, they never left home without them.

KID: The younger of the two found out quickly that he had the ability to make beats that would shock the world. He brings to the table a unique voice unlike nobody you have heard before. He can speed it up or slow it down.

RUTH: The name that says it all. He brings a deep raspy voice to all of the songs. But Ruth is known for the creativity with song writing as you can hear on some of the hooks recorded on their songs.

Since The Beginning: The Stunna Boyz have performed more then 50 times in the United States & even once in Mexico. The Stunna Boyz have opened for big artist such as: Ice Cube, E40, Too Short, The Pack, Big Rich, San Quinn, Mistah F.A.B, B-Legit, Shop Boyz, & Flo Rida, Pitbull, Baby Bash & many more. They have also worked with many artists such as: Moss DA Boss, L Seven, P-Coat Prescott, Bout It, Gillatine, Yung L, Radio, Knox, Strange –O and the list goes on. The Stunna Boyz have also been seen on the front cover of “DL Urban” worldwide internet magazine and have been heard on local radio station 97.7 & 98.3Kwin and Hot 104.7FM and the internet’s lastfm.com radio station.

In 2009 the Stunna Boyz finally made a buzz big enough to land them a digital distribution deal with “GH Entertainment” out of Los Angeles, CA. the label was so impressed they pushed for a CD to be released later this year. Since then they have sold over 100,000 downloads of singles “Like Jello” and “Zoomin like a Yamaha.” You can purchase the album, individual singles and even ring tons on Amazon.Com, I-Tunes, and thumb play and in over 250 other digital download sites.

Not knowing what the future holds for them, the Stunna Boyz will keep that same goal, dream and drive for music until they find themselves at the top making record breaking moves.
