Recently performed 2012 LIVE OAK FESTIVAL 2012 CAL POLY FLOOD FESTIVAL.
WINNER 2012 NEW TIMES AWARD.
Vincent Bernardy was a part of the GRUNGE PUNK movement happening in
the Minneapolis music scene during it's hay day in the late '80s & all
threw the 90's. 1st Avenue 7th street entry, The Uptown- became famous
MPLS. venues. Playing and performing along side such bands as The
Replacements, Husker Du, Soul Asylum, The Suburbs, Suicide Commandos.
Noted bands Vincent was a part of during these years: The Urban
Guerrillas, Frances Gumm, The Us (Units of Sound) Opened for GREEN DAY
& worked with Mark Brown from Prince & the Revolution.
Today Vincent has been living on the Central Coast for the last 7
years going by the stage name St. Vincent Folk he has 7 albums under
his belt with one on its way. Included on the new album are local
favorites Jade Jackson & Chloe Smith to name a few.
His latest album "Acoustic Chocolate Songs Vol. 2" has a cool "Indie Folk Rock Pop Vibe"!
