SUCKAPUNCH was formed in the winter of 2001 in Worcester, Massachusetts. Born for the soul purpose of creating a new level of musical brutality and writing savage anthems with introspective lyrical twists, SUCKAPUNCH manages to blend a mix of unbridled fury with gut wrenching vocal harmonies and fluid song writing that command attention at every turn. Combine that with a blistering live performance filled with precision musicianship, explosive stage energy and a high level of audience involvement, and you have SUCKAPUNCH at it's finest.
Within months of its formation the band hit the Massachusetts Metal/Hardcore scene like a storm opening for such national acts as NUCLEAR ASSAULT, ALL THAT REMAINS, and CANDY STRIPPER DEATH ORGY while playing such respected venues such as, The Palladium {Worcester, MA}, Club L'Amour {Brooklyn, NY}, The Rockpile {Saugus, MA} and The Livingroom {Providence, RI}.
SUCKAPUNCH has earned a steadily increasing collective of fans from all over the world including Germany, New Zealand, Sweden, and Great Britain. The boys are a force to be reckoned with that will soon be heading your way.
