In 2009, Sudden Death Of Stars begins to work on their psychedelic pop sounds as graceful as monolithic.
With the release of their first EP in 2010 on Close Up Records, we understand that they are not there to pretend... And the line-up confirms : no less than six members who are endeavoring to build sonic cathedrals, among others, 12-string guitar, organs and synths, and space-icing on the cake, a sitar.
"The perfect prescription", to quotate Spacemen 3.
2012, their first LP, Getting Up, Going Down, finally came on the turntables, kneeling down every true psyche rock fan... Between the romantic delicacy of Rain Parade and guitars sedated for Spacemen 3, Getting Up, Going Down is an unexpected album in the French rock landscape.
