Bio
Shawn Unrath grew up in Michigan surrounded by musicians. His love for music took him down a path that led to going to school in Orlando, FL for audio engineer and music business. While in Orlando, Shawn was introduced into the world of DJing by fellow classmates and friends. Having prior knowledge of music and technical production, it was easy for Shawn to pick up the art of being a DJ. SugaShawn was born out of a desire for Shawn to separate his live instrumental influences from this new solid source of performing. After getting some experience working with well established DJ's in the Florida area, Shawn brought the SugaShawn character back to Michigan and has since found a great deal of success using his music in all forms as a way to connect and build a fan base. Shawn continues to strive and build his career and now uses his knowledge and experience to help others find their calling and serenity in music.
