Sukkapunch

Sukkapunch began in the summer of 2007 with a telephone call from Ange. He had previously played in a band with Steph the drummer as well as Cam on bass guitar and now the three of them were looking to form another group. He called Darren (who knew him from the local music store) and asked him if he was interested in starting a band. Darren then mentioned that he knew a bass player who was also looking to form another band. Without any hesitation all 5 guys took up the task of picking songs and learning them. From the very first song at the very first practice all 5 knew that this band was going to be something very special. Each person was extremely gifted at their respective positions and there wasn't any songs or type of music that they weren't capable of doing. From there on the band set out to raise the bar as far as live entertainment was concerned. Bringing not only kick-ass sound but also bringing one kick-ass stage show, no one has ever been disappointed at what they heard or saw at a Sukkapunch show.
