Sun City Revival

Formed in 2007, SCR has been dishing out fresh, addictive rock music to the
masses and building a following of hungry fans. SUN CITY REVIVAL’s genre
transcending sound combines the energy of rock’n’roll stalwarts like ALICE
IN CHAINS, with the soulful vocal delivery of MARIAH CAREY, and the
true-to-life lyrical content of BOB DYLAN and other lost poets. SCR is
fronted by Charissa Nicole, whose power house vocals and massive stage
presence blend with a soulfulness you have to hear to believe. The rest of
the lineup gets better and better with a crushing rhythm section featuring
Drew Megna (DAKOTA MOON) on drums and Maurice Verloop (ZAKK WYLDE) on bass.
Both seasoned players, Drew and Maurice throw down monstrous chops and heavy
grooves into the mix. The power and melodic intensity both come from
guitarists Dan Saunders and Mark Thomas who blend hooky riffs, intricate
solos and greasy rhythms that drive this musical steamroller. All in all,
