Thunder Ciolkosz, Recording Artist, singer/ songwriter, guitarist, and performer from northwest florida, has 5 cds behind his belt.Recently just signed a publishing and record deal with TMG music group. Has had numerous airplay from FM stations to College Radio. As Beach Music Store owner, Thunder has met a country girl (Sunshine,.. her real name) through online internet dating services. She too a Singer/Songwriter, Guitarist, Recording Artist and performer has teamed up as a great duo match with Thunder to form the Sunshine N Thunder Band. With residents in Florida and a cabin high in the mountains in Tennessee, these two songwriters have come up with a variety of songs to match their environment. Songs such as 'Cabin Hop' written by Sunshine had Thunder hopping around the cabin which was quite a scene, while words flowed fluently from Sunshine to finish penning that song.
Thunders song 'Heavenly Ravine' and 'Gone Hillbilly' reflects the product of his environment. Both songs have well deserved airplay currently playing in Tennessee.
Here in Panama city Beach FL getting airplay with a Troprock song called Beach Day!!
The mixture of a Rocky Mandolin bluegrass sound with a 4/4 beat makes these songs a hit, and cannot quite place a genre of folk, rock and bluegrass.
Together with their band this group offers high energy, high emotion, hand clapping, foot stomping, sing a long, and family friendly fun.
Their recent write ups in the local Panama City News Herald and the front cover of the Beach Bum Newspapers in Panama City Beach, Florida has sky rocked their popularity.
