Bio

Formed in 1998, Supaphatass rocketed to the top of Adelaide, South Australia’s live electronic scene with stunning appearances at Vibes On A Summers Day plus shows with Richie Hawtin, Paul Johnson, Gene Farris, Gemini, the Mystic Journeymen, Naked Music, Endorphin, Skunkhour and many more.
With numerous independent and licensed recording credits to their name, Supaphatass have gained a deserved reputation as one of Australia's best independent acts. The only unsigned artist nominated for Best Live Act at the 2000 3D World National Dance Music Awards, they've been heard on Triple J, Nova, Fresh FM and 3D Radio, appearing on Alchemy TV (SBS) and in print with Rolling Stone, regular street press including Onion and online with inthemix.com.au.
The popularity and longevity of Supaphatass is proof of their unique talent and spectacular live clubbing experience, especially their now legendary night, Touched, at the Crown + Sceptre with fellow Adelaide live act Amoeba.
They have, not too quietly, set a high standard for live electronic music in Australia. Supaphatass stand out as artists of international caliber and their live shows have won them not only a ton of fans but also the respect and admiration of many other artists. You will love it too.
