Blues You Won't Get Me Tonight

Written By: Susan Reddy

I’m bruised and battered by the bitter blows of life.
The truth of reality is never easy.
I just make sure the world don’t see me cry.
Blues you won’t get me tonight.

I’ve been a fallen angel for some time now.
I’m cold in the morning but warm in the night.
But through it all I’ve thought that life would turn out right.
Blues you won’t get me tonight.

Blues I won’t let you get me down tonight.
Blues I warn you. You can’t win this fight.
I hear you knocking on my door.
Like so many times before.
Blues you won’t get me down tonight.

I’m often in trouble for all my dreaming.
Got no where with all my scheming.
But everybody knows it don’t hurt if it don’t show.
Blues you won’t get me tonight.

Blues I won’t let you get me down tonight.
Blues I warn you. You can’t win this fight.
I hear you knocking on my door.
Like so many times before.
Blues you won’t get me down tonight

Blues I won’t let you get me down tonight.
Blues I warn you. You can’t win this fight.
I hear you knocking on my door.
Like so many times before.
Blues you won’t get me down tonight.
Blues you won’t get me tonight.

Moment In Time

Written By: Sue Reddy

All our friends have flown
Left us standing here alone.
This is a moment in time.
Don't waste it.

What we are doing is wrong.
Talked about it for too long.
If we are going to make this mistake.
Then let's make it.

We shouldn't be together.
It's wrong in many ways.
Not going to last for ever.
As they say sieze the day.

This is a moment in time.
Don't let it slip away.

I've got somebody at home.
Didn't plan to roam.
He gave me his heart.
Didn't mean to break it.
But a needs coming over me.
This is the place I long to be.
I don't think it's just a physical thing.
But I wont swear it.

We shouldn't be together.
It's wrong in many ways.
We could ignore this feeling.
But know there is no way.
This is a moment in time.
Don't let it slip away.

Don't let it slip away.

This is a moment in time.
Don't let it slip slip away.

My head is saying no.
But my body just won't let you go.
How can this wrong feel so right.
I don't know.

All our friends have flown.
Left us standing here alone.
This is a moment in time.
Don't wast it.

Don't waste it.

Did I Tell You Lately

Written By: Sue Reddy

Did I tell you lately that I love you?
Did I tell you lately that I care?
Did I say the words that made you once want me?
Did I act the way to keep you here?

Sometimes I can be so cold.
It's getting harder as we grow old.
So preoccupied with my dizzy days.
I forget the things to say.

Did I tell you lately that you're lovely?
Did I say how you made me smile?
Did I say the things that made you love me?
Or maybe your hearts wondered for a while.

Are you feeling lonely?
Do you think you l love you less?
Are you still my one and only?
Or do I love someone else?

Do I lie and watch you in the morning?
Do I stroke and kiss your hair?
Do I hold you gently without warning?
Make you know I need you near.

Sometimes when I ask these questions.
Of how I behave with you.
Makes me think tha? I should ask some questions of you.

Cos did you tell me lately that you loved me?
Did you tell me lately that you care.
Funny how I don't seem to remember.
Maybe I'm not the one who doesn't care.
Baby your the one who doesn't care.

Baby you're the one.
Baby you're the one
Baby you're the one who doesn't care.
You don't Care.
