"Golden memories and golden melodies"

You'll love the Port Colborne Operatic Society's Guys and Dolls "a bushel and a peck."

Suzanne LeBlanc (now Ethier) sits crossed-legged on the floor bubbling with enthusiasm about her PCOS debut as Sarah Brown. A natural vocalist, Suzanne has never had formal lessons, but has sung since she was 19.

One album called "Suzanne - My Favorites"

Born orginally in Toronto, inheriting my gift from my father, I began singing semi-professionally as a teen at the Fisherman's Wharf. I eventually settled down in the Niagara Peninsula in 1987, had a family and led a normal life. All the while, music was there, waiting for an opportunity to spring to life once again. An audition for a humble chorus position in commmunity theatre led to solo work, and eventually to an opera at Shaw Festival Theatre in Niagara-On-The-Lake with the Niagara Symphony. As a child, I was influenced by Barbra Streisand and Bette Midler, but I can also appreciate the rockiness of Heart, the country of Reba McEntire, and the smoky jazz of Diana Krall. Having an 'all-round appreciation of music has helped me to be extremely versatile - being able to sing songs from Broadway, jumping right into Country, jumping right into Jazz and from there going into the Lord's Prayer. From being the lead in Guys & Dolls with the Port Colborne Operatic Society to working the clubs as part of an adult contemporary musical duo called Sneak Preview, to singing weddings, then to being a Karaoke Hostess & MC for years - these experiences have given me the chance to sing all these genres and entertain a full mix of people somewhat like a human jukebox. Currently I'm doing classic rock appearing with Pink Floyd Niagara.
