Bio
SWAMPDADDY is Hawaii's premiere Blues Jamband. Formed in 2001 these four seasoned musicians come from as diverse a background as Chicago R & B band "Dealin" to Grateful Dead drummer Bill Kreutzman's "House of Spirits" & Taj Mahal's "Hula Blues Band" here on Kauai. Blues based, and improvisational by nature, a tight power trio with a strong frontman, they have shared the bill & backed up such notables as Taj Mahal, Greg Allman, Little Feat, The Radiators, Derek Trucks, Chris Duarte, Jesse Colin Young, Smokin' Joe Kubek w/ Bnois King, & David Gans.
