Sweetie Pie and the Gutter Men’s versatile line-up was fully established in April 2010, and within a year their forceful yet charming brand of alternative pop has seen them generate a loyal and ever-expanding fan-base. Combining an electric folk sound with a traditional British song-writing craft, the band have played triumphant packed out shows at prestigious London venues such as the Hope and Anchor (Islington) and the Good Ship (Kilburn), as well as earned significant support slots with the likes of Doyle and the Fourfathers (at Shepherd’s Bush Hall), Captain Dangerous (at Rock the House Festival) and The Travelling Band. They channel a wide range of instruments and influences in order to create a unique and appealing style, and now look to develop even further as they play to larger and larger crowds both in and out of the capital...
